Ordering

How can I place an order?

If you would like to place an order, please choose product from our store. If needed please choose the details (color, size etc). There is additional information for every products (size, weight, color, delivery time, price). Add your product to card and fill out all necessary fields.

When ordering through our custom print system you have to upload your picture or choose from our photo bank provided by Adobe Stock. You have to choose right format, size, add a frame if desired and choose other optional extras (glass, matboard etc). System will calculate the price depending of the materials you chose. Delivery time is also calculated taking into account the materials that you chose. You can either send an inquiry or add the product to cart.

When ordering through our custom mirror system, you have to insert the desired size of your mirror. You can choose between rectangular or round mirror. Then choose optional extras (frame, beveled edges, protective film etc). System will calculate the price depending of the materials you chose. Delivery time is also calculated taking into account the materials that you chose. You can either send an inquiry or add the product to cart.

How can I pay for my order?

You can pay using bank links (Swedbank, SEB, LHV, Coop). in the checkout process (provided by Maksekesku AS). All the prices are marked in euros (€).

What to do when the payment didn’t go through?

Please contact us info@piltjaraam.ee and provide us details of your order. We can then check why the payment failed.

Terms of gift card

All the gift card purchased from our website or shop are valid for 6 months. You can use the gift card with all the products and services. You can’t convert the gift card to cash. If total amount of your order is smaller than value of the gift card, we don’t compensate the difference.

Is it possible to physically see products that you sell?

All the frame samples are presented in our workshop in Tallinn, Kadaka tee 3a. We also have samples of different print and mirror options. Most of the ready-made products from the store are not in stock, but we have samples from every category in our showroom.

Transport and delivery time

How long does it take to deliver my order?

Is it possible to get faster delivery?

In some cases there is possible to get a shorter delivery time. Please contact us info@piltjaraam.ee and provide details for the product that you want to buy.

How much is the transport cost?

• Orders that fit into SmartPost or Omniva parcel machine are priced by Omniva and Smartpost price list.
• Large formats that don’t fit into parcel machines – 5.99€

• Orders placed through our printing system – 5.99€

• Orders placed through our custom mirror ordering system – 9.99€

Can I pick up my order?

Yes, you can pick up your order from our workshop at Kadaka tee 3a, Tallinn.

How is my order delivered?

Courier will call you and set a date for the delivery. Goods are carried to your doorstep only on the first floor.

When you have marked Omniva or SmartPost as desired delivery option, then you will receive a SMS with a code to access your package.

I received a product that is broken or flawed

If you receive a package that is damaged from the outside, please take a picture of the package. If the package is not damaged but the products inside are, please also take a picture and send it to info@piltjaraam.ee with your order details. We will replace damaged products or refund your money.

Returns/guarantee

Right of withdrawal

After receiving the order, the purchaser has the right to withdraw from the contract entered into with the e-store within 14 days. (Depending on the product, the purchaser may not necessarily have the right of withdrawal; in such a case the corresponding products and services must be listed and they must comply with the conditions provided for in subsection 53(4) in the Law ofObligations Act.

The right of withdrawal does not apply if the purchaser is a legal person. 

The right of return does not apply to products manufactured according to the conditions established by the consumer (clause 53 (4) 3) of the Law of Obligations). Such products include custom-made picture frames, mirrors, mounts and picture hanging rails.

To exercise the 14-day right of withdrawal, you must not use the ordered goods in any way other than is necessary to ensure the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods in the same way you would be allowed to test the goods in an actual store. 

If the goods have been used for any purpose other than is necessary to ensure the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods, or if there are any signs of use or wear and tear, the online store has the right to lower the amount returned in accordance with the decrease in the value of the goods. 

To return the goods, you must submit a declaration of withdrawal (the form for which can be found here: declaration of withdrawal) to the e-mail address info@piltjaraam.ee within 14 days of receiving the goods. 

The purchaser shall bear the cost of returning the goods, except in cases where the reason for the return lies in the fact that a refundable product does not comply with the order (e.g. a wrong or defective product). 

The purchaser must return the goods within 14 days of the submission of the declaration of withdrawal or submit evidence that they handed over the goods to the carrier within the aforementioned period. 

Upon receiving the returned goods, the online store shall return to the purchaser, immediately but no later than after 14 days, all of the payments received from the purchaser based on the contract. 

The online store has the right to refuse to make the refund until the goods being returned are received or until the buyer has provided proof of returning the products, whichever occurs first.

If the buyer has clearly chosen a different form of shipment than the cheapest usual form of shipment offered by the online store, the store is not required to compensate the cost exceeding the usual shipping cost. 

The online store has the right to withdraw from the sale and demand that the goods be returned by the purchaser if the marked price of the goods in the online store is significantly lower than the market price of the goods due to an error.

Is there a guarantee?

There is a 6 month guarantee period for the products. Right to make a complaint is 2 years according to Estonian laws.
